The World-Class World-Fest returns in 2011 to defy your imagination and thrill your family, right here at Silver Dollar City! Each
spring international performers from around the world gather in America's Heartland. It's a celebration of global proportions where laughter
and music are universal languages!

America's Largest International Festival! New for 2011: The Mayorov Russian State Circus, Canadian
Powerhouse, Rhythms of Rajasthan (from India), Irish Eyes are Smiling starring Dearbhail Finnegan and
Michael Londra, Slovenian Polka Party, and many more.
Come hungry for a taste of international cuisine. Try new savory specialties and taste-tempting desserts
from around the globe at Tastes of the World. Or take a class at the Culinary & Craft School during World-Fest for recipes with an
international flavor. Silver Dollar City invites your family to explore a world of cultural entertainment during World-Fest!
Bluegrass & BBQ Festival: May 12-30, 2011
See electrifying performances by some of the very best names in Bluegrass
music today, from award-winning favorites to red-hot rising stars! Silver Dollar City's 2011 lineup includes Grammy
nominee and two-time IBMA Entertainer of the Year The Grascals and seven-time IBMA Female Vocalist of the Year
Rhonda Vincent, along with 2010 IBMA Male Vocalist of the Year and seven-time IBMA Vocal Group of the Year
Russell Moore and IIIrd Tyme Out, SPBGMA 2010, 2009 & 2008 Entertaining Group of the Year Nothin' Fancy
and so many more!
The Dockside Theatre will feature Missouri bluegrass bands in a Show-Me Showcase. There will also be two exclusive
special events hosted during the Bluegrass & BBQ Festival: the Annual Single Mic Championship and KSMU Youth
in Bluegrass Band Contest, in which outstanding musicians compete for bluegrass glory and cash prizes!
Try the nation's most popular flavors at The House of BBQ. From
Memphis dry rubs and sweet and tangy Carolina vinegars to smoky
Texas-style tastes and the Midwest's own Kansas City-style. Come hungry and sink your teeth into this smokin' all-American pastime. While

Southern Gospel Picnic: August 25-September 5, 2011
Southern gospel music has always resounded through these Ozarks' hills, from country churches and county fairs to grand stages and even
in backyards during family get-togethers. Come hear that vibrant music again during America's Biggest Southern Gospel Picnic.
See hundreds of performances from the top names in southern gospel music! The heavens will resound with the sweet sounds of your favorite
southern gospel groups, including The Chuck Wagon Gang and The Blackwood Brothers, on stages throughout the park by day.
Then Echo Hollow® Amphitheatre will be serenaded with music from the famed Southern Gospel Nights concert series each
evening.
Savor southern cooking at its best with The House of Chicken & Fixin's on the City's square! Find
your family's favorite styles of chicken, plus all the extras you love! Choose from our succulent Apple Butter Glazed Chicken, delicious

National Harvest Festival: September 10-October 29, 2011
Silver Dollar City welcomes hundreds of visiting craftsmen during the National Harvest Festival! Here for 2011 you'll
see the Timberworks Lumberjack Show, Chalk Street Artists, Turning Wood Into Art Showcase, a
50-Ton Sand Sculpture, Birds of Prey Shows including Bald Eagles, Hawks, Owls & More, along with hundreds of
demonstrating craftsmen throughout the park.
Headin' West returns to the Opera House stage for another spectacular season! Winner of the "Big-E" award for
Best Overall Production in 2009 by the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions, this
45-minute live musical production, created especially for Silver Dollar City, tells the timeless tale of American
westward expansion during the 1860s. Complete with colorful characters, harrowing adventures, a moving musical score,
surprising special effects, vivid scenery and talented performers - it's Silver Dollar City's biggest production show
ever!
An Old Time Christmas: November 5-December 30, 2011

celebration truly starts with Silver Dollar City's square, the setting for Christmas on Main Street, our biggest light
show ever! Come see why HotelsCombined.com named Silver Dollar City home to the #1 Holiday Light and Tree Show in the
nation! See the musical 5-story Special Effects Christmas Tree as it twinkles and dances in unison with over one million
lights adorning the City's square
Emblazoned
in over 100,000 lights, the Gifts of Christmas Holiday Light Parade glides through the streets of the "City"
twice each evening, weather permitting. The sounds of the season can be heard throughout the park with shows such as The
Living Nativity and Frosty! You can even see the jolly old elf himself at Kringles Krossing.
Silver Dollar City's
grandest production show ever, A Dickens' Christmas Carol is an original musical adaptation of the classic by
Charles Dickens. This inspiring story of redemption features a live band, a talented cast, astounding special effects,
stunning Victorian scenery and period costuming.
